Do I need an account to browse properties?

No. You can browse listings without an account. However, to save searches, list a property or book viewings / get extra information on a house, you’ll need to register for free.

How do I list my property?

It’s simple:

1. Create a free account.
2. Click “List a property.”
3. Upload photos, add details, set your price, and publish, (once verified by our team)

You can edit your listing at any time from your dashboard.

Is Ray&Co. a registered estate agency?

Yes, Ray&Co. is a registered LTD UK property platform operating under UK real estate regulations. We also work with certified agents and partners internationally.

How do I get my property featured?

We offer premium listing upgrades that put your property at the top of search results, highlight it with a featured badge, and share it via email alerts.

Can I get help pricing my property?

Yes. Our platform offers pricing guidance tools, and you can request a valuation review from our expert team.

What fees does Ray&Co. charge?

For Property Sales:

• Commission: 1.5% (inclusive of VAT) of the final sale price
  This is the fee Ray&Co. charges once the property is sold. It’s a
  performance-based fee, meaning sellers only pay once the sale completes.
  It covers everything from marketing to negotiation and legal coordination.

For Lettings / Rentals:

• Let-Only Service: 8% (inclusive of VAT) of the annual rent
  This is for landlords who want Ray&Co. to find a tenant, carry out
  references, and set up the tenancy. Ongoing management is not included.
• Fully Managed Service: 12% (inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent
  This option covers everything — from finding tenants to handling repairs,
  rent collection, inspections, and compliance.
